These are super cute and they don't show stains. We use them as our everyday meal napkins since we try to minimize disposable products. I washed them a couple of times and they softened a bit, but I wish they did more. They're not scratchy by any means though, just more of a linen feeling material.I fell in love with the colors in these napkins and impulse bought them. I was looking for dark blue napkins. I was worried about the wrinkles and was very careful the first two times I washed them, but now, they just get thrown in the laundry with whatever. They come out of the dryer just fine. I found that the same extra stitching that makes the napkin so pretty is what sort of makes it not as absorbent. The stitching causes the fabric to sit a hair higher and just doesn't absorb as well.These are soft, have a nice weight, are large and pretty.Good cloth and will soften with washing. Glad I purchased them.These are hearty napkins. Just throw them in the washer and dryer, and they are ready to fold and use again. MUCH better than other cotton napkins I've purchased, Highly recommend,.These are excellent quality especially for the price! The color and design was above expectations- love it! Washed very well- I hung them on drying rack til almost dry then put in dryer on delicate to finish. Came out great! Only reason for 4 star rating in wrinkle free category is because they are, after all, 100% cotton which I desired above completely wrinkle free! Highly recommend! I rarely write reviews but this product deserved it!Good size, good colors. They do the job!Wanted to use cloth napkins for years, just to save a buck. But they were so expensive; if I was going to save anything, I'd need to make my own and it just never happened. When everyone was sold out of paper goods I had the thought of using bandanas, which are available in the next city anytime for a buck each. I thought I'd just order some since taking my four kids out wasn't an option. Well, bandanas online are expensive or not so good, so I went ahead and looked at cloth napkins. Guess what? They were a great price! I got these that are just the right style and fabric. I wanted all cotton even though it will stain, it is just so much nicer to use. This ad said "mitered corners" so I looked at the pic and not only did it have mitered corners but a large hem which I hoped would reduce wrinkling. Yup! They are not wrinkle-free, but I gave 5 stars for that because they are all cotton and they are wrinkle-free enough that I do not feel the need to iron them. I figured I'd have to iron them at least the first few times they are washed, but I just washed the first ones, on hot, and they came out great. To set a fancy table, you would want to iron them, but it would be easy and then they would look real spiffy. We love using them! SO much nicer than the cheap paper napkins we were using. We just fold these and leave a stack in the old napkin holder. A basket on the counter takes the dirties. Very happy to have made this switch! I think I might buy some in a different color to use for hankies. . . .Update: These are heavily used in our family of 6. We only use paper napkins for picnics and such. These still look (and feel) great! We love them. I'm back on here to order some more to use for hankies (finally) and thought I'd update to say These are still going strong TWO YEARS later.I bought these serviettes for everyday use to cut down on paper wastage. The colour is rich red. The size is perfect. They feel like strong cotton (or mix) and are a little rough. I wouldn't use them in a fancy setting but for everyday use, they are perfect. Have not washed any yet so I can't tell if they will shrink or loose shape. Also, for the price you get one dozen.Love the napkins and they are great value. Unfortunately, even though the label on the package read correctly, the actual napkins were the brown stripped ones. I was going to send back but it's a lot of hassle and I wasn't confident the same thing wouldn't happen a 2nd time. Would still love to have the blue ones I ordered but......Love the pattern. We use these every day instead of paper towels.While they did arrive a day or two later than expected, they still arrived in time for the receiver's birthday. The size is great and I am very pleased with the overall quality (i.e. they don't feel thin and they're soft). I now want a set for myself haha.These are tough and after several washes, the colour isn't fading yet.
